Emotions in Working Life Lecture

The Emotions in Working Life lecture (3.5h) gives participants an understanding of the effects of the emotional climate on individuals' activities (commitment, readiness for change) in terms of both interaction and performance, as well as providing some concrete practical tools for their own work.

 

The way coaching works is strongly interactive, not traditional lecturing.

Coaching focuses on the emotional climate of the workplace and includes examples, demonstrations, and small-scale exercises.
